Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
All sales of the PRYS products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or returns once the Software has been accessed, used, or delivered.
Before making a purchase, please ensure that the Software meets your requirements. Once an order is placed and access to the Software is granted, you waive any right to dispute the purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- If you were charged twice due to a payment processing error.
- If you never received access to the Software due to a confirmed system failure on our end.
- If a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction.
If any of the above applies, you must submit a refund request within 48 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- If the Software has been accessed, activated, or used.
- If you change your mind or no longer wish to use the Software.
- If your license was revoked or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
- If you face a hardware ID (HWID) ban due to a previous breach of our Terms of Service.
- If you claim unauthorized use after purchasing the Software.
- System Incompatibility: If your system does not meet our stated compatibility requirements (e.g., wrong Windows version, unsupported hardware). It is solely your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
- Third-Party Updates & Downtime: If the Software is temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, required updates, or sudden third-party patches. We may compensate lost subscription time during maintenance at our discretion, but we do not issue refunds for temporary downtime.
4. Digital Delivery and Proof of Access
As a digitally delivered product, the Software is accessible immediately upon purchase. No physical shipment, tracking, or signed delivery confirmation will be provided. Usage logs, digital key activations, and access records serve as indisputable proof of delivery.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing the Software, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback or dispute is filed without contacting our support team first:
- Your license will be permanently and immediately revoked.
- You will be subjected to a permanent HWID ban, and future purchases will be blocked.
- All digital access logs, IP addresses, and usage records will be submitted to the payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card providers) to vigorously contest and win the fraudulent dispute.
Any valid issues must be resolved directly with our support team.
